Details
Platelet rich plasma therapy, also known as „Vampire Lifting”, is one of the most popular treatments at the Pure Harmony clinic for a reason! It is a very natural method that eliminates the effects of facial and body skin aging by injecting the skin with its own plasma. The procedure involves taking blood samples (as in blood tests), spinning them in a special machine, thanks to which the plasma containing growth factors is separated from the client’s blood. This is our youth elixir that has amazing regenerating properties!
Platelet-rich plasma therapy is a revolutionary repair system. Platelets contain a high content of “growth factors” – proteins that help to heal damaged tissue or damaged skin. After re-injection, the platelets release their growth factors that cause the proliferation of surrounding cells, which in turn stimulates repair, increases volume and rejuvenates the skin.
The treatment is almost painless and safe! The skin is covered with Emla anesthetic ointment, which greatly reduces the feeling of pain resulting from the method of the plasma, namely mesotherapy. The period of regeneration is one day, when the skin may be slightly reddened and there may be slight bruises that can be easily covered with make-up.
The treatment is recommended to clients of all ages, because of its s.numerous benefits.
Contraindications:
Although the procedure can help with many different skin issues and problems, and there is not one ideal client, the treatment may not be suitable for the individuals with health issues such as:
- Someone who is dealing with immune and infectious diseases or any chronic illnesses (there can be exceptions in some cases)
- Individuals with blood disorders (i.e. anemia)
- Someone who has used antibiotics less than two days prior to the procedure
- Someone who has oncological diseases
- Someone who has any form of bone cancer and/or problems with blood formation
- Someone who is taking blood-thinning medication or medication with a similar side effect
- A breastfeeding mother
- If you are on your menstrual cycle, pregnant or lactating

After the initial consultation, our specialist Paulina Worgacz will develop a personalised treatment plan for you.
For young people, this usually means one or two treatments performed half-yearly. It all depends on the condition of the skin and the client’s expectations.
Mature people and those with damaged skin, for example by over-tanning, will most often be recommended to have three treatments performed with monthly intervals. The effects of the treatment last up to two years, during which the plan will also suggest to continue a monthly routine care in the clinic.

While designing the Pure Harmony Clinic premises, we wanted it to be not only modern but, above all, convenient for our Guests. Cleanliness and hygiene are priorities to us, so that every Customer can feel safe and comfortable. We also take care of discretion, which is why every office is closed for the duration of treatments. No one has the right to disturb your peace. Everyone gets a delicious cake and a cup of hot coffee while waiting for the treatment.
