1. General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of our Website and to all purchases of treatments and products made via www.pureharmonyclinic.co.uk.
By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Services Provided

Pure Harmony Clinic Ltd provides:

  • Treatments – aesthetic, cosmetic and wellness procedures performed at our clinic.
  • Products – natural skincare and cosmetic items available for purchase online.

3. Ordering Treatments

  • Orders for treatments can be placed online via the Website.
  • After placing an order, you will be contacted via email to arrange your appointment.
  • Appointments are subject to availability.
  • If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment (see Section 8 for full policy).

4. Payments

  • Payments for treatments and products must be made using the payment methods provided on the Website.
  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
  • Instalment payment options may be available via approved payment providers.

5. Liability

  • We strive to ensure accuracy on our Website, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free.
  • All treatments are subject to a medical consultation and results may vary depending on individual circumstances.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Personal Data

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and our Privacy Policy.


7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.


8. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

8.1 Deposits

  • A £50 deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments.
  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • The deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
  • In exceptional cases, and only at the discretion of the practitioner, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date. This is not guaranteed and depends on practitioner availability and clinical judgment.

8.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

To respect the time of our specialists and other clients:

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit, which will not be transferable.
  • Repeated late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

8.3 No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the full, automatic loss of the deposit.
  • You may be required to pay the full treatment fee in advance to book any future appointments.

8.4 Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out the full treatment.
  • If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, the deposit will be treated as a late cancellation and will not be refunded or transferred.

8.5 Gift Vouchers & Promotional Offers

  • Appointments booked using gift vouchers or promotional offers fall under the same cancellation rules.
  • Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice or failing to attend may result in the voucher being redeemed in full.
  • Promotional Treatment Redemptions

    Promotional discounts offered on treatments during January (e.g., 50% off selected PRP/iPRF single sessions) must be booked and used by 1 May 2026. Purchases made within the promotional period are subject to appointment availability, and Pure Harmony Clinic Ltd shall not be liable for unredeemed treatments after the expiry date. Discounted treatments are not refundable if unused after the stated redemption period.


8.6 Clinic & Practitioner Discretion

  • Pure Harmony Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or refuse treatment if necessary for clinical, medical or operational reasons.
  • If the clinic must cancel an appointment, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 noon (UK time) are dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 noon are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Method

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
  • Standard delivery time is 24–48 hours from dispatch (UK only).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before confirming your purchase.

Delays

  • While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. Royal Mail strikes or force majeure).

Right to Cancel (Products Only)

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.

Exclusions

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Return Process

  • Notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return the unused products to the address provided in our email confirmation.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Products

    with details and photos where possible.
  • You may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
