Consultation

Every ULTRAFORMER® III treatment at Pure Harmony Clinic is individually tailored.

Your facial anatomy, skin condition, areas of concern and desired outcome will be assessed before treatment so that the appropriate treatment areas, depths and number of ultrasound shots can be selected.

Consultation is complimentary with treatment.

Contraindications

ULTRAFORMER® III may not be suitable in certain circumstances.

Contraindications include:

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Open wounds or lesions within the treatment area
• Active skin infection within the treatment area
• Severe or cystic acne within the treatment area
• Metal stents or electrical implants within the treatment area
• Bio-absorbable mechanical implants
• Bleeding disorders or haemostatic dysfunction

Additional medical conditions, medications and previous aesthetic procedures may require further assessment before treatment. These can include anticoagulant therapy, certain autoimmune or severe skin conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions, herpes simplex and a tendency towards hypertrophic scarring.

A full consultation and medical history assessment will therefore be completed before treatment to establish suitability.

After Your Treatment

One of the advantages of ULTRAFORMER® III is that the skin surface remains intact and significant downtime is generally not required.

Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising or altered sensation may occur following treatment and usually settles naturally.

Collagen renewal is a gradual biological process, so the appearance of the treated area can continue to develop over the weeks and months following treatment.
