Overview

Knee injuries are most commonly the result of overuse and can be treated using a combination of protection, rest, ice, compression and elevation. If the pain persists a course of treatment with us may help alleviate the discomfort and aid healing.

About The Treatment

A session combining Massage, Mobilisation (manipulation), Physio and related physical therapies as required.

Therapy requirements will be identified and discussed during your initial consultation. Treatment sessions will then be adjusted to your individual needs.

Price £45 per session, £199 for a course of 5 and £349 for 10
