Our fitness assessment consists of a full body analysis with BIA (Bioelectric Impedance Analysis), blood pressure, heart rate measuring, blood type test and an optional DNA test.

Once we have determined what your needs and goals are, we will discuss and construct a set of recommendations for how best to achieve what you want. These recommendations will consist of:
